Of course, this also made me aware of my lack of oral English. Therefore, in the future work, I will focus on strengthening oral exercise and strengthening the study of professional terms and words.
3. The product must be understood. It is needless to say that participating in the Canton Fair understands your own products, but there is a difference in the extent to which you understand and the extent to which you can answer questions from foreign businessmen. Through this exhibition, I understand that we must not only understand our products, but also know them very well. We must not only be familiar with the basic data of products such as name, origin, color, price, and material, but also know Some basic information about our company, understand our market strategy and sales situation. Only on the basis of fully understanding the information, we can stand on the company's point of view when answering foreign businessmen's questions with ease.
4. Accurately grasp the customer's heart. How to grasp the hearts of customers, how to follow the hearts of customers, introduce products, and infiltrate product promotion into subtle conversations. Let customers have a sense of identity with our products unconsciously. Through this Canton Fair, I have a deeper understanding of the importance of grasping the hearts of customers, and gave me a chance to test my previous work experience. Some merchants just ask about the price and other superficial things at our booth, which shows that the merchants keep a wait-and-see attitude, and we should pass on the advantages of our products to him as much as possible. If the merchant asks some questions in depth, it shows that the merchant has a certain interest in the product.
